1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the jili93 Platform to access our services.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the jili93 Platform and its associated services.
• "jili93," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the gaming platform operating under the domain jili93.cam and its affiliated entities.
• "Games" encompasses all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting products, and any other gaming products offered through the Platform.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their jili93 Account for the purpose of wagering on Games.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a User requests to transfer funds from their jili93 Account balance to their designated payment method.
• "Bonus" includes all promotional offers, free bets, free spins, cashback, and any other marketing incentives provided by jili93 to Users.
• "Wagering Requirements" means the amount of wagers a User must place before Bonus funds or winnings from Bonuses can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on jili93, depositing funds, or participating in any Games offered on our Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and jili93 regarding your use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use jili93 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jili93 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide requested verification may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are accessing our services from a location where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Geographic Restrictions: Our services are primarily intended for users residing in the Philippines. Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal or restricted are prohibited from creating Accounts or participating in our services.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted only one (1) Account on the jili93 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all Account balances.
5. Personal Use Only: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use jili93 services on behalf of any third party, business entity, or for any commercial purpose.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

You acknowledge that jili93 may conduct verification checks on the information you provide and reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Such documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances
• Immediately notify jili93 of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public computers
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account credentials

jili93 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any transactions performed using your correct login credentials will be considered valid and binding, regardless of whether they were authorized by you.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.
• jili93 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• jili93 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request to withdraw funds from your Account balance subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously verified by jili93.
• You must have completed all required identity verification procedures before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary based on verification requirements and payment method.
• jili93 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to proof of identity, address, and source of funds.
• All Bonus funds must meet applicable Wagering Requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• jili93 may charge administrative fees for certain withdrawal methods as disclosed during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jili93 operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account, including requesting detailed source of funds documentation, before processing large deposits or withdrawals. Accounts suspected of money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

6. Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

jili93 may offer various Bonuses and promotional offers to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to be bound by these terms, which typically include but are not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Most Bonuses require you to wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must wager thirty times the Bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute differently toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at lower percentages or not at all.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and their associated Wagering Requirements must typically be completed within a specified time period (e.g., 30 days). Failure to meet requirements within the time limit will result in forfeiture of Bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with Bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically ₱100-₱200 per spin/bet). Exceeding these limits may void the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements, or any other form of Bonus abuse will result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Initiating a withdrawal before completing Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of all Bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds.

jili93 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All Games offered on the jili93 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations to determine outcomes. Game results are final and binding. jili93 does not have the ability to manipulate or influence game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, including but not limited to software errors, communication failures, or display malfunctions, all affected game rounds shall be void, and wagers shall be refunded to your Account. jili93 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wagers.

7.3 Irregular Play

jili93 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns. Irregular play includes but is not limited to:

• Exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence
• Coordinated play with other Users to guarantee profits
• Late betting or back-betting in live dealer or sports betting games
• Arbitrage betting or advantage play that exploits odds discrepancies

Any User found engaging in irregular play will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation. jili93 reserves the right to void all wagers, confiscate winnings, and terminate Accounts involved in irregular play.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jili93 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game designs, audio, video, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jili93 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games
• Use any automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without express written permission
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute copyright infringement and subject you to civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili93 Platform and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
2. Creating multiple Accounts under any circumstances
3. Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Philippine law
4. Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds between parties
5. Colluding with other Users to defraud jili93 or other Users
6. Attempting to hack, breach, or circumvent any security measures
7. Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location
8. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or that you do not rightfully own
9. Sharing Account access with third parties or selling/transferring your Account
10. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Users or jili93 staff
11. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means
12. Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by jili93

jili93 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or identity theft
• Money laundering or other financial crimes
• Irregular play patterns or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete verification procedures within required timeframes

During the suspension period, you will not be able to access your Account, place wagers, or request withdrawals. jili93 will conduct an investigation and may request additional information or documentation from you. Based on the investigation results, your Account may be reinstated, permanently terminated, or have specific restrictions applied.

10.2 Termination by User

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account:

• You must withdraw all available funds from your Account balance
• All pending wagers must be settled
• All Bonus Wagering Requirements must be completed or forfeited
• Outstanding disputes or investigations must be resolved

Once your Account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history or account information. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

10.3 Termination by jili93

jili93 may terminate your Account and refuse service to you at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
• Any remaining Account balance (minus amounts attributable to fraud or Terms violations) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees
• All Bonus funds and pending Bonus winnings will be forfeited
• You are prohibited from creating any new Accounts on jili93

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jili93 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or delays
• Errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to or use of your Account
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment processors or service providers

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of jili93 services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jili93 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding our services, you must first contact our customer support team through the channels provided on the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe. You agree to provide all information and documentation reasonably requested during the investigation process.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jili93. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

13. Changes to Terms

jili93 reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document to reflect when changes were made.

Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated through email notification or prominent notice on the Platform.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jili93 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform. By using jili93 services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jili93 concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

The failure of jili93 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of jili93.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your Account to any third party without our prior written consent. jili93 may freely assign these Terms and transfer your Account information to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
